Different Odd & Even Header & Footer

How to create different odd and even header and footers:

Double click on a header or footer.
In the Header and Footer toolbar click on the "Page Setup" icon.
Then in the "Page Setup" window select the "Different Odd and Even" check box and press the "OK" button.

Note: In this example the header and footer are removed from even pages. However different headers and footers can be added to the even pages if required.
