How to use the circle hotspot tool:

In the tools panel in the "Web" section:
- Press and hold the left mouse button on the "Rectangle Hotspot tool" icon and select the "Circle Hotspot tool" from the menu.
Position the cursor where you want a edge of the circle.
Press and hold the left mouse button then drag the cursor to extend the circle to the required size.
Release the mouse button to draw the circular hotspot.
In the properties panel:
- Click on the "link" text field and type the required URL e.g. "http://en.wikipidia.org/wiki/Jupiter".
- Press the "Enter" key.
