Numerically Scaling An Image II

How to numerically scale an image using the main menu:

Select the image you want to edit.
In the main menu go to Modify > Transform > Numeric Transform.
Then in the "Numeric Transform" window:
- Make sure Scale is selected from the drop down menu.
- Make sure the "Scale attributes" and "Constrain Proportions" check boxes are checked.
- Set the "Width" to "80%".
- Press the "OK" button.
