Formatting Data to Decimals II  

How to set the number of decimal places of a result:
  • Right click on the cell you would like to format.
  • Select "Format Cells".
  • In the Dialogue box choose the "Number" tab.
  • In "Category" select "Number".
  • Choose the number of decimal places.
  • Press the "OK" button.
