Using The Formatting Painter II

How to paint conditional formatting:

Highlight the data cells you wish to consider..
In the main tool bar go to Edit > Go To..
Press the "Special" Button .
In the Go To Special Dialog box" select "Conditional formats".
Select "Same" then press the "OK" button.
