The
analysis toolpak is an addin module for
exce that is normally available when
you install excel on your computerl.However
when using it for the first time you
have in load it into excel. Once this
is done it does not need to be done again.
The analysis toolpak loads a number of
additional analysis functions and tools
into excel. A tool in the analysis toolpak
can produce a table of results or even
a chart. By using input data values and
parameters and preprogrammed macros the
tools automate complex task providing the
user with advanced statistical analysis.
The toolpak also includes a bundle of
additional functions that can be used independently
of the tools and macros.These functions
expand on the standard functions available
in excel and provide the user with a more
complete set of spreadsheet functions for
general mathematics, statistics and finanace/business.
