Set the excel data into a list format (click her for example)

In Access open the database you wish to import the excel data into.

In the main menu go to File > Get external Data > Import.

 IN the import dialog box select "Microsoft Excel" in the "Files of type box".

Find and select the file you wish to import from Excel then double click.
